Welcome to Aarsdale Herring Smokehouse and restaurant.
Smokers proud tradition goes back three generations to Fisherman Anton Peter Pedersen, the first holder of Aarsdale Fish Hire.
Aarsdale Silderøgeris new owner, and John Ryberg, have chosen to convert smokers, so it is now possible to see røgovnene and røgmesteren of work. Since the early 1900s has Aarsdale Herring Røgeri smoked the real Bornholm Herring and this tradition continued course forward.
John Ryberg greets you inside the Aarsdale Herring smokers, where you can both enjoy and smoked specialties in the intimate setting or outside with the prospect of water.
